The autism support program is a 90-day plan for children and adolescents, designed and overseen by Dr. Castel Santana, for families who want a clear way to look for biological stressors and a team that’s honest about what it can and can’t do.
The question it asks
Autism is diagnosed by behavior and development, and this program doesn’t change that. Research points to a subset of children where methylation, toxin load, gut and immune activation interact. The program looks for those patterns in order: map first, then nourish and lower the load.
How the 90 days work
Map. A cheek-swab genetic panel shows how this child’s body handles key nutrients, so the right forms and pacing can be chosen. Some children become overstimulated on aggressive methylation support, so pacing matters.
Measure. One urine collection checks heavy metals, mold toxins and environmental chemicals, so the family can remove sources first. Aggressive chelation is not part of this program.
Nourish. Coaching through a clean, organic, low-carbohydrate eating plan for the 90 days, with monitoring of growth and hydration.
Plan. Around week four, Dr. Cas turns both reports into a written plan. Visits continue, and a day-90 review decides what’s next.
Hyperbaric oxygen, PEMF and EEG-guided neuromodulation are not part of the core program. If a family chooses them, they’re arranged separately and discussed honestly, including the limits of the evidence.
