Lab Testing to Find Root Causes

Functional medicine goes beyond chasing and treating symptoms. We want to find and address the root causes of those symptoms. Lab testing is one of the first tools we reach for as we work to understand your individual health concerns and map out a plan for optimizing your health.

At our clinic, we offer convenient, cost-effective, in-office lab testing, with results in 10 to 14 days. We offer routine lab panels as well as labs to help diagnose specific health concerns or gather information to help us create a plan to optimize overall health and wellbeing.

Analyzing Your Lab Testing Results

While conducting the lab work is important, analyzing the test results is just as critical. After the lab report is returned, your functional medicine doctor will review it carefully, then have an in-depth discussion with you to explain the results and what they mean for your health. Together, you will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses your concerns and moves you toward your wellness goals.

Lab Testing: What to Expect

Depending on the type of test, the collection method varies. We may collect samples by:

• Blood draw, either via vein or fingerstick

Some samples are collected in-office, while others may be done at home. Depending on the type of lab, we will provide you with detailed instructions and answer any questions you may have.

Lab Testing Cost
