Evoke 5, our Oklahoma City functional medicine clinic, is the vision of Dr. Castel Santana, MD/CFMP. Known to his patients and community as Dr. Cas, he is a board-certified family medicine doctor and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with a passion for helping others.
Over his years in the medical field, Dr. Cas has seen that the current health care approach is broken – people are getting sicker despite more medications being prescribed and more money being spent. He is driven to create a different experience for his patients, guiding them in living long, happy, high-quality lives with as few prescription medications as possible. He is committed to patient satisfaction, continually learning and advancing skills, getting to the root cause and offering the most effective, state-of-the-art treatments.
