The online consultation process
Our online functional medicine consultations follow a five-step process:

Book your 60-minute new client consultation by calling us at (405) 906-3892. Scheduling is quick and easy. - Complete Intake Form
Before your consultation, fill out a detailed intake form. The more comprehensive your answers, the better we can tailor our approach to your needs. - Join Your Appointment
Your consultation will take place via a secure online platform. During this one-hour session, we’ll conduct an in-depth review of your personal, family, social and environmental history to uncover potential triggers for your symptoms. - Testing
If necessary, our functional medicine physician will recommend lab tests to explore the root causes of your symptoms. Many tests can be completed at home or at a local lab. Tests typically arrive within 3–5 days, and results are usually available within three weeks. - Follow-Up
Schedule a follow-up consultation approximately one month after your initial session to review test results and discuss personalized recommendations. These may include actionable steps, lifestyle changes or supplements. You can then begin to implement these changes, or take them to your primary care physician to discuss.
If supplements are recommended, we can send you a link to order high-quality supplements that we have researched and hand-picked for our clients. We can provide links to high-quality, researched supplements tailored to your needs.
Additional follow-ups can be scheduled as needed to support your health journey.
